5. Bookings & Payments

• All appointments must be booked in advance

• Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to your session

• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice

Packages must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session

• No-shows will be charged in full or deducted from your package

We understand that emergencies happen and may use discretion where appropriate.

7. Packages & Expiry

• All treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase

• Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited

Any inappropriate behaviour toward staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
